Конечно же, я уточнила что ребенку всего 7 месяцев на что получила положительный ответ, мол проблем не будет. На следующий день, собралась и приехала с ребенком на анализ, а мне и говорят... А мы деткам анализ на аллергены делаем только после двух лет!.... На что я поинтересовалась, а почему тогда меня уверяли что все можно сделать, на что сотрудница мне сказала... Что мол в регистратуре у нас работает персонал без мед.образования!!! Простите, а неужели тяжело обучить персонал давать правильную информацию по телефону?! Уверена, что в их обязанности входит информировать людей о предоставляемых услугах?! Они же за что-то зарплату получают?!
